    R3d problems in Vegas Pro

    1 out of every 20 files can't be opened on Vegas Pro 13. They show up as a horizontal strip of pixelated colors and read as TARGA files. CS6 and AE can open the file without an issue, but those are not my preferred platforms and with my workload its very hard to transition in a timely manner...
