    What is the difference between "FPS" and "Record FPS"?

    With redline tool to show the metadata of a R3D file, I find there two value settings: redline -i A003_C002_0909UC.R3D --printMeta 1 ...... FPS: 24 Record FPS: 24 ...... What's their difference? And in what circumstance, these two value are different? Thanks.
