    HDMI to DVI cable; Quality issues?

    Planning hardware for a new PC build and see that a lot of newer video cards have 1 DVI port, one HDMI port. I plan to keep using my currently displays which have DVI/VGA. Has anyone used a HDMI to DVI cable? Is there any issues with quality or not being able to set the display at max resolution?
