The good news: we have worked out why the monitor stopped working! The bad news: Almost all the connector pins broke off the monitor cable, and are now stuck in the monitor connector on the Red Pro 5.0 touchscreen. Does anyone have any ideas how to get them removed? Many thanks, Antony

On my Red Station REDMAG 1.8" (MINI), the USB3 port on the back has come loose. Can this be repaired, either by Red or by 3rd party, or do I need to buy another drive? It doesn't seem very secure that the port is only fixed to the PCB and not to the case.

I saw the setup that Vincent Laforet used to shoot "One Minute", with the Epic and Canon 600mm and 2x. I have just got a similar setup (but 500mm instead of 600mm) and was wondering what product he was using to attach the lens to the rails for support?

Odd problem. I used to be able to turn on HDR by a "button" on the top left of the screen. Now that has gone and I have to press the top right "Menu" button, then the "HDR" button. But when I do that it is all disabled. Why can't my Epic do HDR anymore? Antony

Has anyone seen this before? It has happened on the last 2 shoots I have done. Usually if I power down and on again, it goes away. But then sometimes comes back. Last shoot was indoors, so I thought it might be due to being warm. But this shoot was outdoors.

Are there any 3rd party companies making LCD cables for the Epic? I need a cable approx 18 inches long, but red only seem to sell a 6 foot cable or a 12 inch cable, nothing in between. Alternatively, how easy is it to get the parts and make one myself?

Does anyone make a top handle to fit the Epic/Scarlet which DOESN'T need a rail ? The rail takes up all the bolt holes. What I want is a handle which simply bolts into 2 of the holes.

What company do you use when you need to send your cameras back to Red for repairs, etc? I have phoned every courier company I can think of (inc. DHL, FedEx, ParcelForce, etc). Several won't collect unless you open an account with them. And to open an account you have to be shipping 5 items...
