I have a RPZ 17-50mm and a RPP 300mm. I am looking to get an 85mm lens. What brand lens should I get to compliment these 2? Should I stick with Red and get a used RPP 85mm or else Zeiss Compact prime or may be even an Ultra prime (since I know Red is at par with pricier lenses)?

I recently recorded at 24fps with 1/48th shutter with time base set to 24. Any potential issues with this? What is the difference in setting time base to 23.98 vs 24?

When I pan the camera, I see the images appear slightly lagged. I noticed this before but I guess I ignored it. Is there a way to avoid this? (Even the recorded footage has this). I'm shooting at 4k, 24fps, 1/48 shutter.
