    Gain Increment Disabled as User Button. Is there a setting to activate?

    Hey ya'll, I have mapped the gain increase/decrease function to the side buttons on the camera but they are greyed out / disabled. Is there a setting I am missing? I'd rather not have to go through the menu to adjust volume levels of the mics if possible! Thanks in advance!
