    Great news update! This fotodiox Nikon F/G to Canon EF/EFS works on my R1! I can now mount all my nikon and ZF.2 glass on the Birger and control aperture manually!

    Agreed. It’s a real option to consider. I got a great deal on this R1 and the fitted Birger adapter is working well with the cheap EFS glass, so I’m in two minds.
