Hey guys, I made some proxies in Redcine X from Scarlet footage and there's no audio - only static. When I export to any other format the audio sounds great. I've got the latest versions of Redcine X and the Quicktime Component. What am I doing wrong? Is there something else I need? Thanks!

Hey guys, Our Red One monitor shows the whole frame with a bounding box that looks like "action safe" guides. When playing back, we found that the camera had cropped everything outside of that box. Is this normal? Does the camera only record what's inside that box?
