    Ions build lock Komodo

    If your KOMODO is stuck on an IONS build and won’t accept a normal firmware update, the safest option is to contact RED Support directly. Include the camera PIN and export a system log from Menu > Maintenance > Save Log so they can check the firmware status and advise the correct unlock or...

    Media Komodo X: 512 GB working well?

    I’ve tested the ProGrade Gold 512GB (Type B) cards with the Komodo X, and they actually work quite well for most recording modes. You can shoot in 6K and 4K HQ without dropped frames, though I’d still recommend formatting in-camera before each use.
