    Bad news guys. Re: fps in build 4

    The new firmware's is out but no changes fps. Looks like if you want Red One features in scarlet, you'll just have to get a red one. Lots of other goodies though. I know many of you had your fingers crossed... No dice.

    Does the Red quickplate work with any vmount batteries?

    I'm looking for a universal battery mount. Do I have to go with this or will the Red backpack plate work? -edit- Oh, jebus - the required mounting pate is $1,200. Never mind. Looks like I'll be going 3rd party.

    From a buyer's perspective. A bit of math.

    WTB: Scarlet kit. That being said, I've seen lots of scarlet posts on here that end up with frustrated and offended sellers. Please keep in mind what the buyer has in mind. From what I've read, to properly transfer the ownership to a new person, you have to pay RED $750 plus a $100-$500...

    How often do you use the higher FPS rates?

    I, just like everyone else enjoy silky smooth slowmo, but in a narrative how often do you guys need to overcrank the footage? And what do you normally go up to? 48, 60, 120?
