It sounds like a missing dylib or framework issue. I've been testing the beta on the M1 Ultra Mac Studio I have here and I haven't encountered any crashes.
Can you follow the steps below to see if there was a crash report created?

To locate and email crash reports for macOS and Mac Catalyst apps:

1. Open the Console app, from Applications > Utilities in Finder.

2. Select Crash Reports.

3. Locate crash reports for your app in the list. Logs are listed by your app’s binary name.

Red Player and Red Launcher behave the same way, an icon appears at the bottom, but will not launch.

I would be happy to discuss it if that would help? I have a MAX 16" laptop and works great but on my new studio Ultra, it will not open.

I don't get an actual crash, but when I load the program it just logs our and the icon stays at the bottom without the dot below it. In other words it cannot initialize when selected.
