I've noticed that there a few clips where it appears that the brightness flashes up for a few frames, sometimes a few seconds. It's as if the aperture was opened momentarily. This was picked up during play back in Clipfinder. The errors are present in the proxies too. However, they are fine when reviewed in Red Alert and on the camera. We have determined that it is not the drive. Does anyone know what this might be as we're all really stumped.

There are some clips where the flashes appear for different amounts of time on the same copies of the same RDM folder on different drives. They were both transferred from the Red drive and not between eachother.

Thanks, I'll download Red Cine X tonight. I thought it was only for use with Red Rocket though? Do you think that the Red Alert viewed version is more reliable than the Clipfinder one? Or is the camera play back version the true version. The flashes were only present in Clipfinder and the proxies.

Who's Hans?
