  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hi there

I have some R3D files from a shoot I did 1.5 years ago.
I can't get the files to play, I get a green frame on the QT reference files and its completely black in REDAlert before it crashes. Have tried RCX but nothing.

How can I get my RED files to work again?
 
try processing the footage using the last version of Redline. Rushes, Monkey Extract, Clip Finder.
 
All the old files should work fine. It sounds like they might be corrupt.
