HELP! Disappeared files/Didn't record properly?

I shot the whole day on a corporate today. Checked my drive tonight and almost half of the files are missing from the folders.

The folders marked with yellow have absolutely no files in them (as shown). Just the folder was generated. I know many files are missing and many shots now...

Some shots were I recorded for a long time (8minutes) and even the last shots of the day that were very short...less than 20 seconds...

What happened?!!? I have to explain to my client and I don't know what to say. I've owned RED for 2 years now and never seen or heard this problem before.

Shot mainly 4K 2:1 but switched to 3K and 2K for a few shots for slow-mo. Shot on the RED 640GB harddrive. We didn't shoot anything out of the ordinary. Just sticks,
little jib moves, or on the overkeeper. Treated the camera like a baby, as always...

Strange, nevermind, I unmounted drive on the MAC, remounted and now the files show up in those marked folders. Phew.
