Hi guys,

Unfortunately I don't own a RED (yet) but as everyone else here I'm eargerly saving up for a Scarlet.

Did any of you guys with upgraded RED ones shot any tests in low-light, such as bars, night clubs, etc, with available light?

I'm asking this because I have a project in mind that would require a lot of semi-documentary shooting and I wanted to see some more footage besides the OFFHOLLYWOOD vid.

Thanks!

DUDE its AWESOME if you do a search you'll find all kinds of test clips
ITS so worth it big time.
Its a different new improved camera.

I'll second what Luis said...completely new camera.

Worked on a shoot last night throughout NYC for the first time with an MX camera, using a Zeiss 14mm T2.1 and a set of B&L Super Baltars (T2.3, I believe), and I was amazed at what we were able to see. Shot a mix of ISOs, predominately 1600 & 2000...all I can say is my mouth was wide open for the 7-8 hours we were shooting.

My camera # can't be called soon enough...

Big thanks to Emery at Katabatic for helping us out with the camera.

Beautiful images Richard, and nice editing and soundtrack.

Anyone else with some more footage? =D

I'm particularly interested in available light interiors, see how MX reacts to tungsten, fluorescent lights, etc.
