Hi Simon,
Yes they are still available.
To adapt to 19mm rods I believe you would need the Arriflex BA-2 Adapter (K2.43268.0).

Do you happen to know what the Arriflex Adapter number is for the units that you have?
I have an FF3 with a 15 mm snap on and would like the support of the circular 15mm.

Woody,

I don't think Arri makes those anymore.
The snap-on style, BA-3, is the current version for 15mm.
Best thing for you to do is call Arri Burbank or New York & see if they have any leftovers.
Maybe there is an aftermarket version out there?
