trouble contacting bomb squad

I need to ask a question to my bomb squad agent, Justin, but emails sent to justin@red.com are being bounced back.

Am I getting the address wrong? Is Justin still there?

No, Justin is no longer there. Matt Klamm became my bomb squad rep and he's been very good.

He emailed me when he came on. Don't know if he took all of Justin's clients or if they just got passed around, but it's a start.

Clarify, justinj is his email, not just justin. And, Justin has moved into technical support at RED. If you ever have a question who your rep is, just email kelly - at - red - dot - com.
