I have a friend who is looking to find someone to take over a lease for a 900 square foot studio in chinatown on the corner of elizabeth and canal. Rent is $1900. Used as a combination digital print shop and painting studio it has currently 4 sub-rented studio spaces that provide a small income above the rent. It also has a small, very secure, room with steel reinforced paneling and separate entrance (my old bedroom - lol) used as an office. PM me for direct contact info.
