Mariano,

A quick google search hasn't turned up much info on ghosting with Pancro IRND filters.
Can you explain a little more about how you get the ghosting and what causes it? Did you stack additional IRND filters behind one?

I plan to buy a Pancro IRND set for my Panasonic GH1 with manual focus primes. I pick the Pancro route over hot mirror or Tiffen's hot mirror + ND combo filter because of the recommendations in the IR filter test seen in RedUser. The Pancro won't add a color shift to the image.

But should I be concerned about the ghosting issue?

thanks

I don't think this set is still for sale? This thread got resurrected and it's about 5 months old.

it will only ghost if you sandwich them.
Those are very good (if not best) NDs on the market.

I own a set of Panchros and always respect the rules. Mirrored side out and make it the filter furthest from the lens. I still get occasional ghosting when there are bright highlights. The "non-mirrored" side of the panchros are more reflective than your average filter and seems prone to this.

There are a couple of threads on the board about this.

Some people have problems. Some don't. I think it depends on your subject matter.
