redcine problem

Please wen a client tryes to open redcinema once instaled it shouts down as soon as the red symbol apears.
The computer is a MAC OS.x v 10.4.11
Processor 2x3 Ghz Quad Core Intel XeonMemory 8 Gb 667 DDr2 FB DIM

is running QT 7.3.1
They have instaled the redcine v074 and 082 with the same result.
Anybody knows a recon why this could happen?

Jon,

Delete your REDCINE library folder and its contents, then re-create it with the same name, and open REDCINE. It should work.

It just doesnt creat any folder because it has never been able to open i could guess, I all ready now that trick but thx tenshredd

And it isn´t either the priviledges I am not in a net, and I have already read and wright. Somebody any sugestion?

If there isn't a REDCINE library folder, create one. Here is someone who fixed the same problem you were having.

it could also be that the first time you opened it was on an external drive that has since been removed - see this thread http://www.reduser.net/forum/showthread.php?t=8529

The problem is resolve, it was quite a while of research.
thanks everyone it was a bug in the system.
Now time to take some rest, brrrr to many hours with out sleep I hope they dont wake me up in an hour with another problem.
