  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Buffalo Bill Dissects Phantom Menace

Maybe I'll get around to watching the rest later tonight but from part one and a little bit into part 2 he just came off as condescending and arrogant.

The person I would call arrogant and ignorant is George Lucas, who, in his infinite greed and laziness not only managed to produce three turds he called Episode 1-3 BUT also deteriorated the first three movies two times (and sold them two times again) and called them his original vision.

The greatest gift to this man was NOT having had the technical and financial power to create his visions...otherwise I bet "Star Wars" would have a totally different image today :-D

And in doing so; Lucas gives us three great films. He creates ILM. Then, having lived out his hero's journey, he falls to the dark side in the third act and provides proof of the parable. Joseph Campbell couldn't have written it better himself.

Beware all things that do not advance the core story; the dark side, they are.

For the record, this has nothing to due with Buffalo Bill.

Credit is due here: it's a guy called RedLetterMedia on YouTube and he has a lot of really funny and smart stuff. His Star Trek reviews are fantastic!

I think I will turn to him right behind the Rotten Tomatoes show on Current.

Hopefully he mailed my pizza rolls! I'm hungry.

I checked out the Star Trek Generations review. Pretty funny, but more of the same.

Doesn't that sound like Richard Moll doing the voice of the cop at the end of the last video? (Or maybe my ears just aren't any good.)

So a week after watching these, and seeing Avatar 3D IMAX, I'm STILL thinking of pizza rolls and blue aliens at the same.
