Well Create A Space keeps sending me the same old automated email when I get on their case about why my film still isn't available, here it is:

Hello Carl,

Thank you for contacting us regarding your title, "Fat Bike."

I apologize for the delay in making your title available through Amazon Video On Demand.

Although every effort is made to have your DVD content available in approximately 60 business days, due to the increasing popularity of the Amazon Video On Demand service, estimated processing times for this feature have lengthened considerably. We will continue to do everything in our power to make your Amazon Video On Demand listing live on Amazon.com as soon as possible.

Please be assured that we will contact you as soon we have confirmation that your title is now available for this service.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause, and appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter. As always, please feel free to contact us with any further questions or concerns you may have.

Like many companies, maybe they are having technical problems or other problems? It's not like Red doesn't have technical glitches and problems to work out.

My experience with Amazon is that their support is very good. I've had problems twice and they resolved them well. If you aren't happy with their service (or lack thereof), why not email them and politely ask for a refund? And as a last resort, if you paid with credit card, you can always get your money back by filing a chargeback. (But please only do that as a last resort, because it causes the merchant to eat fees on top of the refund. Chargebacks are very bad for them.)

Glenn,
It is a free service that they offer to indie filmmakers. I have been very polite, I am not a aggressive guy. Red tells you how it is, no run-a-round from them. Amazon was having problems, which they finally admitted. The film is up now, and unfortunately its been smashed into a 4:3 ratio instead of the submitted 16:9. So more emails are coming.

There was a site a while back that gave the chance for distribution through iTunes for a price and you could select stores etc. I remember it being mainly for music but can't remember the site exactly. Apparently its quite hard though, did a bit of research on it and turned out that they are quite picky in some ways... (believe it or not)

As said though, there appears to be some back doors into iTunes...

Ah, my mistake.
