missing footage

We just finished doing some test shoots.

I sent the 16 gb card on its way to get viewed.

The computer it is being transferred onto will not bring up the files. What Red One support files does this computer need.

On the folder if you click get info it says there is 14 gbs on it. So I am assuming there is some info on the card.

We were also watching playback while doing the tests.

Can someone shed some light or help us to find the footage

Bill, probably helpful if you give a few more details -- computer specifics, Win or Mac, etc...

And how the files were sent? Through what device: a card-reader of a specific brand, etc. How does it register in the folder you sent it to, etc. Important to NOT rename Red folders and copy (I'd advise copy paste as opposed to drag drop) ALL THE FILES just as written to the card.

Advise going to red.com -- download appropriate OS versions of Red Undead & Red Alert at the least.

I'm sure you're probably fine, and the files are there.
