  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Jim. . . you were the star of last night's dream.

Yep. It's true.

I woke up this morning, and for some reason, my wife (Mary) and I had been invited (or just showed up) to a very small gathering in a large cabin in the woods that you own. I don't know about Mary, but I felt pretty uncomfortable being there. Anyway, you walked in (you didn't look like you, but you were you in the dream) and we shook hands and you seemed to know who I was, which made me feel a little bit better.

And then the strangeness happened. We were all sitting in a room watching TV (or a movie) and I was stunned that not only was the TV not HD, but it was a really big (like 36") old SD CRT TV. That disappointed me, because I was hoping to show you our feature film, "Works in Progress," on a great set. I was actually expecting to see a 4K system of some sort, and all you had was this crappy old TV. I was pretty bummed.

And then the dream ended.

The take away? Don't invite me to your place until you get a new TV.

Stephen...

The "title" of your post... Well... Uhh.... Without reading the body of the message it looks like..... Ummmm

Let's just say it appeared at first like you took the "fanboy" thing to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL.

That made me laugh out loud, Jay. VERY funny.

:-)

But I'll never tell.

Stephen,

I'm never going over to your house again.

agreed.

But what would be weirder?

1.posting it here, for the world to see.
OR
2.just sending this as a private e-mail.

I've had at least a couple dreams in the past where Jim is my Dad. I don't know anything about psychology so I'm not sure what that says about my relationship with my real Dad. Oh well....

It definitely says: get away from the computer more! :Angel_anim:

Sometimes I am really thankful that I most time do not remember what I have dreamed of last night.

Its so self-protective.

Just my wife tries sometimes to figure out what I may be "talking" at night occasionally. She never understood a word. Self-protective again... :P

Hehe, but that thread title is really a bummer!

Cheers,
Axel

I rather liked it. . . the title, that is. . . the dream, not so much. I was expecting a 4K TV. SD? Come on, Jim!
