  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Can't get output quality that doesn't suck

Looking for a little help from anyone out there that's using Adobe Premiere Pro CS4.

I'm trying to export a 3 minute movie I made with good enough quality that it's not all grainy, but small enough for youtube. It was recorded at 3072x1728 29.97. I've had zero success exporting it in a way that doesn't look like crap. It looks fine in the preview in premiere, I've tried all the export types/settings I can think of and none of them look good, they are all totally grainy (even if I view them really small).

If anyone has any suggestions for what I can do using Adobe Premiere I would greatly appreciate it. I currently do not have the $$ or capacity to get into another editing software package and I know that this software should do what I want it to do.

Thanks,

MacKenzie

I would master the clip in the normal video format, then throw that into Media Encoder to convert to youtube friendly format.
