Broken Redcode?

I noticed this while grading and am thinking it is REDCODE breaking with the complexity of this scene. fast moving camera, blured BG and a moving foreground. Look at the outline around the leg. Any thoughts? Graeme?

Doesn't look like a REDCODE issue to me.

That's a side effect of lens properties (circles of confusion) combined with motionblur.
I first saw this about 20 years ago.

Thanks Graeme. It could be just motion blur, but it doesn't look like normal motion blur to me. Its not really important, nor is it an issue, just me trying to analyze.

I learned something from this thread. Weird effect though
