Absolutely fantastic!

It just happened in the middle of my cleaning and making order in total mess here and then suddenly came

Panasonic NeoPDP G12 Plasma TX-P46G15E

Then pretty fast prepared a test of gorgeous R1 on set video village rig.

On above picture is immediate set up with RED1 720p HDSDI preview out and AJA H5-G3 HDSDI to HDMI 1.3a to Panasonic NeoPDP G12 Plasma TX-P46G15E.

Probably is situation like this on set: "Bigger" director would demand a "bigger" plasma to see what's going on... but sorry just kidding...:emote_happyhappy:

word!!!! where did you buy this, how much and does it have the ability to put an hdsdi board in it? Me wanteee! Peeps at cinetal said when using hdmi there is an 2 or 3% underscan issue. I forgot the exact % put let me know if you notice anything. Also does it only do 24P with hdmi? Thats what the specs seem to say.

Jason,

Panasonic NeoPDP G12 Plasma TX-P46G15E is a consumer model.

It doesn't have HDSDI slot.

Also RED HDMI out to Plasma HDMI in is not working.

Only one way exists and also the best one is to go with

RED1 720p HDSDI preview out and AJA H5-G3 HDSDI to HDMI 1.3a to Panasonic NeoPDP G12 Plasma TX-P46G15E.

Some "experts" here would like to investigate is it 10bit or 8bit... but who cares...

It has very deep blacks, excellent contrast and incredible image quality.

Also I'm not going to use for grading anyway.

And it works great as you can see it at the above picture.
