Arri MB-28 Additional Stages?

Caught out by timezone differences around the world so if anyone can advise it would be appreciated.

Can the MB-28 take a filter stage over 3? Have a client looking to go 4-5 6x6 trays with round.

There is no allowance for additional stages in the MB-28. If you wish to add stages then the MB-14 is the better choice.

I'm curious why you would need 4 or 5 stages, in addition to a round, on a 6x6 mattebox? I can think of reasons, but not very good ones.

That's a lot of glass hanging out front, even with a RED, your picture must degrade. Two and a round is already pretty much the realistic limit, even then I'd figure another plan.
