I shot some vertical footage with the RED. I ran the footage through red rushes in regular 1280x720 export to quicktime movie. Imported the quicktime into FCP and it looks great. However when I change my timeline settings to 720x1280 square pixel, and rotate the footage, I need to render. When I render, it renders my footage full of jaggies, anyone know how to correctly create a 720x1280 quicktime movie out of RED footage? Thanks!

Was messing around a bit. I changed the compressor settings in the seq. from ProRes 222 HQ -> ProRess 4444 which fixed the jaggies, BUT it also darkened the image a bit and added saturation, very noticeable.

Actually, Its for internet viewing. If it were on titled screens, I'd just make it 1280x720 and tilt the screen.
