This looks great! How did you achieve those light streaks in the second and third images? Was this shot with anamorphics, or was that effect done in post?

Thanks

They used a streak filter on camera. Not sure what size.

Correct it was a streak filter but we have shot with anamorphic lenses in the past as well and got different results, not better or worse just different. I like the streak filter better. It's fast and easier to deal with in post.

The video looks good, especially for all the dark area's you shot in. How'd you get such little noise? Would you mind posting your camera settings and post work flow? Would be great to learn from you example, well done.

Thanks! I don't have the camera settings because I didn't shoot it but to my knowledge they were at 320 ISO. The blacks look good because I used the Gamma REDSPACE and Color Space REDSPACE. I also colored using the RED RAW file which is truly the only way to color ready. I can push and pull the image like crazy and really dig into it. :auto::emote_head_explode:

More stuff coming! Good luck!

Well that's a personal preference I was just watching it thinking my god that's ugly (sorry). It over streaks by streaking way to many sources and it's just what it says... a streak, none of the artifacts of all the glass elements that a lens would have.

To me it looks like cheap post and it makes me wonder why use it in camera?

(maybe u guys added some post flares on top of it all I don't know. All I know is that it's definitely not my preference. Then I rather spend some time in post making as realistic anamorphic flares as I can)

I should add that it's a nice looking video. I'm not trying to disrespect the work itself I just happen to not like the streak filter.
