Here is the first music video I shot on the Red. Super low budget.
What do you think?

The group is called SXY and the song is called "Look a little deeper."

Had a rather stripped down package for the shoot.

For lights all I had was two Kino Flo Divas, two arri 300s and 2 650s plus a makeshift fluorescent desk lamp that I used as a ring light.
We also used a digital projector to add a little texture during the band performance.

My lens package consisted of a Zeiss standard speed set with a Century wide angle adapter that mounted to the 16mm to give me the fisheye look.
Plus the Red 18-50mm Zoom.

Nice. Good song too. I like the look you got. Sometimes having a stripped down kit isn't the worst thing. :-)

nice job, like the compositions and the look/mood

the only thing what is bad in this musicvideo is the dynamics of the song itself, you can see the band rock, but you can't hear it, if you know what I mean...

for me it feels like to see a beautifully shot feature with a bad sounding music/sounddesign....

that's my opinion ;-)

as i mentioned above, well done DoP

May I ask what the budget was. Well done job. Beautiful

I believe the entire budget was around 4 grand.
