Red Rock microFollowFocus

Simple question...which I can't seem to find the answer too...

I'm wanting to buy one of these, already looking at the mattebox...

but anyway I've got RED Pro Primes on order and want to know if I buy the followfocus from Red rock..will it work with them? There are these Lens gear options on the buy sheet and as far as I can see on the lens page for the Primes it says nothing in the range of those gears

maybe I'm blind or reading wrong but simply, does it work and which lens gear works with the Primes?

I´ve got two RR matteboxes, they are more than Ok for their price. Not Arri for sure!
Yesterday I played with two RR follow focus (not mine)... they are fine for the price and I think they have to work with the RPPs, but I would rather make an effort and try to buy Arri or Chrosziel, even used in good shape.

You don't need lens gears. The Red primes already have the standard teeth. The lens gears are for adapting still lenses that don't have cine-style lens teeth.

I have the RR Follow Focus 2.0 - It seems to work fine. There is very little clearance between the units and the lenses when using the 19mm adapter. Could cause problems for some lenses.

"Yes the 19mm kit works great with the Red Primes. You can also convert the kit without any additional parts to a lower profile native 19mm for huge lenses like the Red 18-85."

Donan Pro follow focus is about to be
released, very proffesional soltutiin
for around 2000.00$
I talked to their sales REP and he
said we are very close to shipdate.
The BSRT follow focus looked very promising
as well but I have heard nothing about
release date. Anyone hear anything.
I think they are going to give ARRI a run
for the money from all Iv'e heard from
sources once these start to ship.
