export an xml conform to your desired frame size & match the old shots with R3d's in clipfinder, import that xml back to fcp>send to color>run color fixer on the color project file>grade sequence>render>send to fcp

20 minutes should be able to render overnight with no problems, it's a lot for color to handle though, i'd split the timeline into 5 minute segments.

When you're strapped for time I find the best workflow to be.. grade proxies in FCP.. send to Color.. grade.. send back to FCP.. resize as necessary. done?

if you've already worked from a log and transferred file,
I would export xml, online in clipfinder, send to fcp, send to color, grade, then back to fcp again.

20 minutes is like 6 hours of render time on a 3.2 octo
