Katabatic Digital, a leading 'RED friendly' facility in New York City, is looking for a digital lab tech with RED experience.
Responsibilities would include:
Identification of the best RED workflow for a clients project
Transcoding of RED media in Red Rush, Red Cine, or Scratch.
One light color grading in Red Alert, RedCine, or Scratch
Batch import to Avid and organize bins
Katabatic Digital is a boutique facility working on high end commercials so you would be involved in all aspects our post workflow. Lot's of room to grow into other positions. You can also gain full access to our Scratch grading Suite, 2 RED cameras, and all sorts of RED related gear.
Must be highly detail oriented, organized, responsible, and willing to work some evening or overnight shifts.
