Light blue tint on right side of frame

The crew that is using my camera is reporting a "light blue tint that is like a grad on the right side of frame".

It has appeared after a "record error:internal fault" on a 32mm and then, after a reboot disappeared. It manifests itself on EVF, Onboard LCD, external monitor AND r3d files. It has since reappeared.
Upon checking older files, they found several files over the last 3 days, with several lenses - that exibited that flaw in different strenghts.

I have told them to reinstall the firmware and perform a black shading.

They have done so now and the problem persists.

Is this a known problem?

Can you get an example image?

If it's not camera [RED] side it sounds like it could be the lens getting hit and they're just not catching it -

or

something in the lens mount causing it to not fully seat?
