Sorry to torment, but I am finally finding some time to do some benchmark testing with the v2 version of MetaFuze (alpha/beta). From a 4K files, at 1/2 debayer on an HP Z800 with a 16TB RAID array (drive read/write times are very important), a 01:05:09 duration R3D file took 01:45:00 to encode directly to MXF wrapped DNxHD (all data rates take the same time).

That is a 1.57x of real time for dailies creation with ready to edit media!

Just hang in there a bit longer... still on target for a July 15th release/download.

Wow! Good news.
Now we just need dv25 and dv50 mxf encoding for our oldschool clients:)

We will look to SD for a future release. 14:1 rules - looks as good as DV25 at half the data rate!

Well that sounds really good, but how does it sound? As in working audio :emote_happyhappy: ?

Huh? What did you say? So far it sounds good as well. We are working on a couple little extras like also splitting the audio into WAV into its own folder. We may not have this one complete when it ships, but the idea is to put the timecode in there as well as the Avid MOB ID so you can pass off the audio straight to Pro Tools and when sending an AAF, (composition only) it will relink based on that ID.
