  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Update: SOLD

I am selling my personal RED Package, #699, along with all of its RED accessories.

I purchased this package while I was under a contract that required me to own a RED one which has now ended. I have no further use for the camera.

The package is in excellent condition has received minimal use during the past year. It has only been used indoors for a total of 5 shooting days. I’m estimating that it has less than 10 hours of use on it.

My warranty should have expired in March. As far as I understand the warranty is non-transferable anyways. If you purchase it and send it to RED to transfer the ownership they will inspect it and issue you a new warranty for a fee.
 
they will transfer ownership for $750 and, if you pay another $500 for the inspection, which i would suggest you do, they give you a 90 day warranty. i know because i just went through this a couple of weeks ago.
 
Update: The package is currently being reserved for a couple of days while a potential buyer gets back to me. Thanks for all the interest. I will update on the situation as it develops.

Was the camera you got inspected less than 12 months old or had the originally 12 month warranty already expired?

Stephen: The original 12 month warranty is expired, I got the camera around March of '08.
