Hello and Happy Father's Day to all,

I'm starting a feature film to be shot on RED in a few weeks and need to do some workflow testing with different software and machine set-ups.

Is there anyone who can make about 10 minutes of RED, camera original (.r3d) files available to me so I can get a jump start on this process? The material will be carefully secured and will not go beyond my personal use for testing. If you're in LA I can have it picked up or you can upload to my ftp or iDisk. Please PM or email me at lj@jodada.com

Thanks for the help in advance,
Larry Jordan

R3D with lipsync embeded audio?

R3D with lipsync embeded audio?

Are there any Sample R3D with lipsync embeded audio, I need to test that part of my workflow.

A clip with a clapboard and someone talking in closeup would be great if someone has something like that. I would be just using it for testing in-house.

The clapboard is not required, but would help confirm is I have the playback working with the right offsets since I would be making a WAV from the embeded audio and taking the image frames out using REDCINE.

The WAV would come from VirtualDub with the R3D plug in, and maybe other ways as well. So I would need to make sure the audio and image frames line up in some way, but just looking at the lips may be enough if it is a close-up shot and they are clear and large in the frame since my sync playback would not be 4K on my computer.
