Hi,

We just finished a truly rocking video of the Belgium rock band : The Experimental Tropic Blues Band - Those Dicks

Vimeo LINK

But beware, the faint-hearted please stay away. :violent5:

Shot in 3 days, with a very, very small budget and loads of fun!
All hand held with an Easyrig (which truly saved my back on that one!)

With François Neycken as : Claude - Bodybuilder - Freaks - Monk - Biker - Elvis - Burgerlover

Prod : La Film Fabrique/MEFAMO/JauneOrange
Dir : Julien Henry
Prod : Jonas Luyckx / Shaban Krasniqi
DOP : Manu Dacosse
Camera : Jeff Kieffer
Editor - Stunt - SFX supervisor : Daniel Bruylandt

Enjoy!

Cool - a hint of satire woven in the storyline as well. One of the better colour grades I've seen in a while. Really got the footage to 'pop'. Out of curiosity, what was your post workflow on this project?

Hi,

The post guys just send me the workflow they used.

All the R3D rushes were transferred to Apple ProRes HQ for an Offline Edit and an SFX draft in FCP.

Then all the shots with SFX were rendered in Redcine in 4K Full via Crimson.(they needed to zoom into the static shots to add the hand held tracking)
The rest of the shots were rendered in 2K for grading via Crimson as well.

The SFX and the grading were done in After Effects in 1920x1080 and rendered in HD.

Jeff
