So I just confirmed with Ken Stone Cinema the origins of this set of Cooke Panchro's.
The conversion was done by the now retired head lens tech at Cinovision in Japan.
Ken says that they are very rare & of excellent workmanship.
He said it was okay if anyone wanted to contact him via email with questions - kstone@frazmtn.com
