Very Very Visible noise in my TL Shoot

Good day . We where shooting yesterday commercial , and use TL for as
main effect .
We done TL on Red from First days , and we always get blue noise in
every TL shoot. And it was ok for me .And it is old problem on reduser.
But at this moment we get very visible noise in 1 TL shot .
We done more that 25 shoots , every for 2-3 minutes , but this noise
comes up only in this shoot . May be because it is very dark part of
scene , i don not know.
Please check pictures , may be you have some ideas , why it happened.
All pictures are render out without any CC , Gamma is REDSPACE .
This noise is invisible in Proxy file , and also was invisible on
Preview Monitor.
We use ND9+ND6 to balance light with normal speed shot .
P.S We done Black Shading every time that we change mode from TL to
normal .

Shutter Speed was 1/2 . TL 1FPS 1/2 Shutter

Proxy - Exported from QT
RedCine - Rendered Out
Color - Render Out to ProRes , and Then Exported in QT

I noticed that I had weird patterns in a TL while looking at in RedCine. When I took the clip into RedAlert, it disappeared.

I did not test it in RedAlert , but in color all pixels are white like snow . And in RedCine all pixels are RGB

I've seen this same problem in RedCine also on some timelapse I shot. But I think its wasn't limited to timelapse. But in RedAlert its not there.
