I have emailed these two companys and gets no answer.
Do you happen to know if they still exists, or do they just think that my order is not big enough?

You may find it cheaper buying the stuff in europe. If you buy in the states, the stuff has been shipped over there from europe, then will be shipped back to europe. Dare I say it, maybe we should also be aware of the ecological impact of stuff being flown back and forward between continents. Minute drop in the ocean, I know, but we have to start somewhere....

I emailed them both because they had a similiar product which was interesting for us.
None of the companys answered. One of them had an autoanswer that they should contact me soon. A friend in the buisnees told me to check up if the companys still existed and another of my friends said it was quite common. He had experienced from companys wich answered very fast when the order was "big money" and did not anser at all when the order was small.
I was simply angry and tired of bad experiences.
