I am trying to do a rough estimation about the total cost of the RED ONE to EPIC-X upgrade and was wondering if the RED DRIVE and RED RAM are fast enough for REDCODE 250.
A jump from REDCODE 36 to 250 sounds huge, although i am not sure it is representing actual bitrates...
What do you guys think? Will we able to record REDCODE 250 on our existing drives or are we going to need something like an EPIC DRIVE to do so? With the RED RAM around $4500 i wonder how much would that cost!
