  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Its an older SOM zoom with a anamorphic tele converter that spreads the image to be twice as high.

The SOM zooms were softish wide open with a great deal of flare, and this one has a 2x tele(scope)-converter on it making the max T/stop very poor, then you need to stop down more, so to use it you would be at T/11 or so, basicly you need to light for just shooting at T/11 to get maybe usable results.

There was a more compleate one some time ago from the South Pacific area, I think it went for less.

We have two of the SOM zooms without the ana-tele, nether of which are usable because the glass SOM used gets foggy and develops what look like thin scratches, but on the inside elements?

I'm not even sure if it would be worth the shipping plus a few, at least to me.

Also I do not see the zoom stick that screws into the bottom of the zoom pointer part...
