Hey Guy,
Does anybody have any advice for the best workflow for a location editor to quickly cut sequences to make sure the edits work and there is enough coverage?
We are shooting 4k for a feature film in Seoul, Korea and the location editor is asking whether we should use ProRes or the R3D files. I'm basically wondering what the better workflow is here if it takes longer to downres from 4k to ProRes or render R3D files in the Final Cut Pro sequence to edit on site.
If anybody has experience on this or even ideas for the best workflow it would be appreciated. Thanks!
- Woody
