  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Looking for USED Red One cameras for sale!

Since they trade in for $17,500 towards an EPIC I'd be surprised if anyone is giving them away for really low prices. You might save a few grand though. Good Luck!

I'll sell mine for $25K for the body. I know it's a bit of a mark-up, but it puts you in line ahead of about 5300 other people (and counting) when it comes to accessory and lens orders. ;-)

Careful Jeff, someone might take you up on that offer. Wouldn't want to see you without a RED. :)

Haha... I thought of that just after I posted it. So on second thought... It's mine, dammit, mine!

It's scary, my number didn't seem that low at the time. But I know someone who just recieved camera 60XX last week. Which explains why RED is only giving a small window for camera owners to jump on those primes before doing the first come first served thing. Otherwise the poor guys with 6xxx serial numbers or delivery dates around now would be totally f*@#'d.

Perfect Case in Point. If you want a full Red package with all the necessary accessories, you should be prepared to pay a premium or at least face value. Sure a few have sold here and there for slightly less than retail but those probably didn't include out-of-stock necessary items. Furthermore, if you want a low serial number to get in line for EPIC and Scarlet orders (and who knows what else), you should definitely be prepared to pay a premium for a RED ONE body.
