  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

do you guys Still need R3d Files? We have got some great footage of fire spitting people with a wierd band performance. I would love to send you for the demo :head_explode:

But I only read this thread yesterday and i was wondering if it is too late to send you some files.

Just a quick notice and i will send you some files. :-))

Funny you asking that. In this Case we just had only one lens - the Red 18-50 - due to Budget and the delivery schedule of our other lenses.

I've been doing sports commercials for BYU (Basketball and Football) are you still looking for footage? I'd love to help out. I have lots of in game footage.

Hello all-
Thank you for all the submissions - the reel (Red 400) is complete and debuted in 2K this past Saturday at Post World in Las Vegas. It looks great and the response to this new batch of footage is overwhelmingly positive. I wish we could have used more submissions, but we had to make the cut off for new shots last week so we had time to do the 4K DI.
This week at NAB it will be premiered in 4K and 2K cinema scope at various booths on the NAB showroom floor. Once NAB is over, there will be an announcement to an online version which will be downloadable in the near future.
Thank you again to everyone who helped out with this reel. The RedUser talent pool has truly delivered.

Hey Michael, do you know which booths perhaps? I'd love to stop by and see it and not have to wait for the download-able version...although, I want to see it then too :)
 
The Red Reel is playing in the booths of Adobe, Christie, Digital Vision and a couple other special screenings throughout the week.
The best screening of it, however, will be the 4k screening at the RedUser event, which kicks off with the Reel at 3PM. The event will be held at the Rio Amazon Ballroom.
