  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Can you put the Red 18-50mm lens on a film camera? Will the flange be correct?
 
Not sure about the 18-50mm but the new Red Pro Primes are apparently compatible.

Hi,

It will work, however you should test the marked T stops, one example I tested was not very accurate. No problem with flange but ideally check on a collimator. Eye focus is helpful as there are no witness marks and focus does not hold through the zoom range.
