Hi Everyone!
I found someone else on here having a similar problem but his clips were corrupted. This is something different...

It took me 3 times of missing footage to figure out what went wrong with what setting and so now I at least have pin-pointed the problem. Whenever I shoot in One-Shot mode, 4k or 2k, it doesn't save the footage! It will create a folder as usual for where the clip should go but then puts no clips in the folder after I stop recording. With any other setting it records fine as well as timelapse interval (that records/saves fine as well). Just one-shot that causes the recording problems.

Are there any suggestions or any other people that have had this problem? Any tips are much appreciated!

Are you sure you have actually told the camera to record?

In One-Shot the first thing that happens is the camera gets ready to record, and then each press of the Record button or GPI trigger captures a frame.

Uh oh...That was it...I feel rather dumb, Thanks for the easy and quick answer Stuart!! Maybe I'll read more of the instruction manual before posting any more problems I have!!
