  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

New German Primes: Price below 10.000 per set.

Obsolete!

T1.8 is not as fast as T1.7.

Maybe I missed it. But since when are these lenses Laguun is talking about rated at T1.7??? The original thread said they were F1.7 / T1.9.

Nothing wrong with super speeds -- as long as you can find a good set. And the prices are starting to fall back down to earth, finally.

That's what I find as well. There are many sets around in the moment. 25K (EUR) for a freshly serviced MKII (Eastcoast nomenclatura) is within the realms of possibility. Reasonable - and you know what you get.

So it's time to start pestering Mitch about pics and diameters and stuff... :)

Slow down a sec guys, I'm letting it out of the bag that the IB/E lenses are at our booth. I never said anything about whether they are the same thing as these "new German primes" about which Laguun waxed poetic.

Or are they? :sifone:

That's related to the IB/E ones and not to those "mistery German Primes"

The Mystery Finally Revealed:

Sorry Mitch for the mess
:0

I posted that already - forget "the mystery german primes" - as long there is no more information on that. I am pretty sure that these mystery lenses are the IBE lenses.

My bet is they're different.

But Mitch should still spilll the beans on the IB/E.
